Coveted award recognizes company’s focus on career mobility and growth
TORONTO, June 5, 2020 – Distributel Communications Limited has been named one of Canada’s Top Small and Medium Employers for 2020. The award recognizes the small and medium enterprises (SMEs) that offer the nation’s best workplaces and forward-thinking HR policies.

The award is limited to private-sector commercial organizations with under 500 employees. Today, Distributel employs highly skilled professionals such as software engineers, systems architects and network architects as well as human resources, legal, marketing, communications and financial professionals who fill corporate functions. After spending the majority of her career in large multinational companies, Isabelle Léger, a director of Human Resources at Distributel, embraced the move to a tighter knit environment. “What I appreciate the most is the ability to have an impact every day,” she says. “If you have an idea, you share it.
