For plans that include Canada and the United States, are there certain areas that are not covered?
No. All areas in both countries are covered, including Hawaii and Alaska.

Can I use my long distance plan from my cell?
You are able to use your Long Distance plan with your cell phone by entering in your Local Access Code. You will be charged the rate from your Long Distance Plan through Distributel and only use Local Airtime with your cell phone provider if you use your Local Access Number.
