Are there restrictions as to when I can make long distance calls?
No. You may call long distance anytime.
Are there certain areas in Canada or the United States that are not included in this long distance plan?
No. Every location in both countries is included in this plan, including Hawaii and Alaska.

Do I have to contact my current phone service provider before activating Distributel’s service?
No. No technical modification is required. Distributel’s long distance services can be used along with those of your current long distance provider. However, make sure that your current phone service provider is not charging you a minimum long distance fee in order to maximize your savings with Distributel.
Are there times when the service is limited?
No. This long distance plan is in effect anytime.
