Distributel update on COVID-19

Distributel is working to ensure the health and safety of the public and is taking the necessary steps to ensure all our team members observe all public safety guidelines from the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC).

This includes instructing any Distributel employee or representative returning from abroad or those who are feeling unwell to stay at home for the recommended period of 14 days.

We are closely monitoring the situation and will adjust our business practices as required.

To support our customers, we will be removing data usage limits on our capped internet plans for the next three months. This will be applied automatically. No action is required by our customers.

We remain at the ready to assist you throughout this situation. Staying connected during this time is more important than ever, especially for customers who may be working from home, or faced with school closures and self-quarantine. We will continue to be proactive in our efforts to ensure your services are not impacted during this challenging period.

Your health and safety and that of your family is important to us. We will keep you updated of any developments on this page. We would like to thank the entire Distributel community – our employees, customers, vendors and partners – for supporting each other during this period of uncertainty.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team should you have any questions.
